"What more could you ask for? Great hosts and the perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. Convenient to the Lake, of course, biking the Causeway and exploring Burlington and S. Hero Island. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the great view from this relaxing and stylish loft."

"This property is truly something special. The location alone is incredible. It feels completely private, with no visible neighbors, which is such a rare find for a lakefront home. The swimming cove is beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot. The dock is exceptionally well built, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed with lower platforms that make getting in and out of the water easy.We also loved all of the amenities. The outdoor shower was a favorite after swimming, and having paddleboards, kayaks, and other lake gear available made it so easy to enjoy the water. The screened-in porch was another highlight and a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings.If you're looking for a peaceful, private getaway on the lake, this place is hard to beat."

"Great trip for family get together. Quiet at end of lane with beautiful lake view. The fire pit at night was our favorite spot. Lots to do in the area. Well equipped for our 2 year old granddaughter.Would definitely recommend."

"Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me."

"This is a beautiful quiet spot on Lake Champlain. There is a lovely patio for relaxing or eating and an addition deck a few steps down to enjoy the views. This small house is clean and just enough for two. The cookware is in very good condition. The bath is a bit rustic. The beach is very rocky and just ok for swimming. There are beaches nearby to swim."

"From the docks, to the rooms to the extra towels and sheets - everything was fantastic. We had a great time in the hot tub as well as using our two boats that we had tied to the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and both washers and dryers worked well."

"The "camp" (i.e., house) was comfortable for the five of us. The open layout between the kitchen, dining, and living room was really nice for all of us to be able to hang out together. There's a half bath I didn't realize it had, which was definitely a bonus! The lake view and yard were wonderful. It was pretty windy during our stay, but we did get to go out kayaking one of the days. Given that it's a lake, the water was surprisingly clear, though chilly, while we were there and also very shallow. I was able to walk in pretty far from the shore. Bob was also a great host! We felt very welcome "
