(857 reviews) The room was very clean and comfortable, the young lady on reception was lovely, so helpful, polite and she went above and beyond and the location was perfect. Negatives - The man on reception was not at all pleasant, never even said good evening and the restaurant / bar staff were so rude that we didn't even bother to try it after our first experience when we walked in.
