This unique one-of-a-kind home is situated on absolute waterfront. The unassuming cottage from the outside is sure to delight in all ways. Open living design flows through to a uniquely fashioned large living space with amazing natural lighting out on to a large outdoor deck with the water as your view. It has 2 levels making it perfect for 2 families sleeping 11\. Perfect for entertaining large families/ groups at Vinces Landing in the heart of Jervis Bay! This house was a guest favourite with 5-star reviews, has just had a change of management. Situated on a 740m2 (approx) fully landscaped block and offering 4 generous bedrooms features include Blackbut hardwood floors throughout, custom kitchen, custom bathrooms, fully landscaped grounds backing on to waterfront reserve. The house is 2 levels, floor plan in photos attached. Upstairs \- 2 Bedrooms upstairs with Queen Beds \- 1 Bathroom Downstairs \- 1 Bedroom with Queen Beds that opens up to outside deck \- Bunk Room - Sleeps 6 \- 2 x singles \- 1 x Tri-Bunk (Double and single on the top) \- 1 x Single (roll out from under double) Blackout curtains Eurostyle laundry cabinet fitted out with washer/dryer. Tri-split system A/C units. Mere minutes\` drive to all amenities including shopping, services, public transport, the beautiful white sand beaches of Jervis Bay and Booderee national park. You may be asked to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏 All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; \- No parties or schoolies to be at our property \- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach or lake, there is an outside shower on the East side of the house so please wash off sand. \- No smoking inside or on the balcony \- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm \- Please do not allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. \- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there. Pet Rules \- We allow small non-shedding dog only inside, all other dogs MUST be outside. \- No pet is allowed on our furnishings, please (including beds), we recommend that guests bring your own pet bed \- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended \- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside) Please ensure checkout instructions checklist You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean.
