It is within a short drive of both Hyams & Collingwood beaches as well as groceries, restaurants/cafes & other shops. "The place is very old, run down and clearly not cleaned properly in between guests. There was mould and rust in the shower, cockroaches in the kitchen, stains on the bed covers. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the mattresses were old, hard and well overdue to be changed. We cut our trip short by 3 nights due to the above. The backyard is however great!! Just manage expectations on the house itself."
