Facing the Avrière lake, a few minutes from Épinal and close to all amenities, come and stay in this beautiful architect-designed house with all modern comforts. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, the 90 m² accommodation is the perfect place for a relaxing stay! You will have a large and bright living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a vast exterior with a garden directly overlooking the lake and a terrace on stilts with a jacuzzi to relax in front of this magnificent panorama! Bed linen and towels are provided. For larger groups, there is the possibility of renting the neighbouring house "Les Bambous", which is similar in every way to this house. Accommodation : The house is presented as follows: Day area: \- A beautiful, bright and air-conditioned living room with a sitting area with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TNT TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests. \- A modern and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... \- A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment. On voulait un Bel endroit calme pour pouvoir se reposer, lire et aller se promener et c'est ce qu'on a eu. le lac même asséché était vraiment très beau, les baies vitrées de la maison offrent une vue imprenable sur toute l'étendue, c'était très plaisant. Seul bémol la balade autour du lac passe devant les vitres et les promeneurs semblent vraiment appréciés regarder à l'intérieur. Les Bambous communication avec les propriétaires au top, arrivée au top, magnifique paysage, logement très jolie mais bémol sur le ménage et le jacuzzi car il y avait des poils dans les lits, quelques couverts et vaisselle sale dans le placard et des saletés et poils dans le jacuzzi malgré l'épuisette mis à disposions. Il faudrait changer la manière d'entretenir le jacuzzi et faire plus attention sur le ménage entre chaque locataire. beaucoup de vis a vis malgré la belle vue. Malgré ça le logement est très agréable, bien agencé et jolie dans l'ensemble. On a passé un bon week-end. ##### Agence C.
