The apartment, located in an idyllic setting, is on the raised ground floor of this quiet and secure residence. It is composed of an entrance, a living room with a dining area and the living room, all opening onto a sea view terrace. A very well equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, and a sleeping area in the living room with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. Come and enjoy this apartment by the sea, ideally located without having to touch your vehicle while on vacation. Free parking. Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares cooled by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season! It offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegr Grâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino… not to mention the inevitable sunbathing and sea bathing! The city, whose market was voted "the most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning in the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisan products. Das Haus ist am Ende einer Sackgasse, vor dem Balkon sind nur noch die Hausparkplätze und dann direkt das Meer.Ein Zimmer seperat mit Doppelbett, ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett im Wohnraum. Große überdachte Terrasse mit tollem Blick. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler alls ok.Sanary selbst ist echt empfehlenswert, viele Restaurants am Hafen und in der Altstadt, es ist total gemütlich und immer was los.Bei Ankunft muss man zuerst zur Argentur und den Schlüssel holen, die Agentur meldet sich aber vorher telefonisch.
