Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 34 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a 36 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment comprises  
\- 34 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (80×200) that can be brought together to form a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Outside :  
\- An 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather  
\- A 36 m² garden with artificial turf, enclosed and private  
  
The apartment is ideally located in the hyper-center of Sanary-sur-Mer, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
