Perfect location

Perfect location only a few footsteps away from a very nice beach. Lots of shops restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We booked for one week, but already decided after a couple of days to prolonge our stay here. Do I have to say more!

Très bien accueilli par une gentille hôtesse toujours prête a nous rendre service. Location dans un endroit tranquille avec tout les commodités. Des amis nous ont recommandé ce séjours et nous même allons le recommander à d'autres car cette résidence était vraiment très agréables, avec tout le confort et les commodités ! Nous avons passé une agreable semaine, le lieu est vraiment très bien entre le parking ombragé, la plage à quelques mètres à pied, la piscine en bas de l'appartement, un beau balcon. La résidence est calme. C'est une bonne adresse que nous retenons pour un possible autre séjour. Nous remercions la propriétaire et les gardiens pour leur service.

Vue mer uniquement debout pour précision. Ligne SNCF à moins de 30m non signalée sur le site ni dans le contrat. Isolation phonique médiocre: bruit des évacuations sanitaires et des va et vient des voisins ainsi que des trains dans les 2 sens, toutes les 20mn entre 7h et 22h. Isolation thermique médiocre surtout au niveau de la grande porte fenêtre, chauffage nécessaire. Une fois que vous avez réglé votre réservation sur le site, vous recevez par mail le contrat de location avec l’indication du forfait électrique 50 Kw / semaine au delà 0,16€ / Kw. On vous explique sur place que ça correspond à l’utilisation normale des appareils électriques hors chauffages et climatisation. Sinon logement avec piscine sympa et fonctionnel au bord des plages. Les gardiens sont dévoués à la clientèle, bravo. Dommage pour les inconvénients (ligne SNCF hormis et l’isolation phonique et thermique avec le forfait électrique dénigrement le tout. Désagréments communiquer aux gardiens et au service réservation.

Sympa, mais mal isolé

La propriété est sympa et bien placée. Côté propreté, c'est propre mais sans plus. Le problème est côté isolation, la porte fenêtre laisse passer le froid, obligée de mettre des coussins en bas pour ne pas avoir trop froid, surtout pour les personnes qui dorment dans le coin salon. Gardiens peu disponibles, mais proprios très serviable.

Les terrasses de la plage dorée

Très bel endroit face à la plage dorée résidence calme piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir avec ses fortes chaleurs boulangerie à 200 m ou vous pouvez vous restaurer et prendre un bon petit déjeuner gérer par 2 femmes très commerçantes nous avons passé un excellent séjour le point dérangeant c’est qu’il faut attendre 17 h pour prendre possession des lieux

Le résidence est calme et sécurisée. La piscine est idéale. L'accès a la plage et le parking sont un vrai plus. Par contre, très déçue d'avoir demandé confirmation de la vue mer, critere indispensable ppur moi. Quelle surprise apres 2 reponses a l'affirmative d'avoir une vue mur et haie... ce n'est pas honnête.

Un petit paradis!

Confort intérieur, sécurité des accès et du parking voiture ombragé, proximité de la plage et petit tunnel d'accès piéton idéal, piscine bien entretenue et surtout, surtout, formidable gentillesse, bonne humeur et conseils de la gardienne et son mari ont fait de notre séjour un moment enchanteur bien trop vite passé, d'autant que la météo était avec nous.
