The living and dining area spans 23 m2 and is bright and elegantly furnished, providing direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from a direct exit to the garden. The kitchen is open-plan and fully integrated into the living space. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC.

Air conditioning is available in both the living and dining area and in the bedroom, keeping the space pleasantly cool during warmer months.
