"The description of the unit was accurate and the place was very clean. The concerns we had was mostly poor communications. We dealt with Claudia's mother who didn't speak very much English so there was little if any information provided upon check in. This lack of communication contributed to not having any heat as the owner had control through "an App" which was compounded as he was away. "We were in Bardolino for my stepdaughter's wedding. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in the downstairs unit and my husband and other family members stayed in the upstairs unit. It was so wonderful to all be together. There were 18 of us but it didn't feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony with the view was to die for. "The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

The bars themselves are worth a visit.
