"We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the following morning. I was glad that there was availability to upgrade to a room with a seating area, a must if the weather is poor. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was excellent. A big thank you to the maintenance gentleman- as trying to put the Netflix code into the TV proved somewhat difficult! Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Very nice hotel. The corridors that lead to the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable at times. The luggage cart had flat tires and difficult to maneuver in the hot corridors. Our rooms were near the end of the corridors. Staff was very nice and friendly."

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this lovely boutique hotel which is right in the centre of Alicante close to the castle, basilica and port. What it lacked in a view from the bedroom was overshadowed by the fantastic view from the terrace bar and the convenience of being right in the centre of things. The room was comfortable, modern, clean, and spacious. Lovely shower and breakfast. Also had parking in the basement although the access down there was steep and tricky to manoeuvre in an SUV. Highly recommended."

"Ideally located for me and what I needed. Breakfast was buffet continental with very limited choice, definitely not worth the additional payment. Buses run right outside the property in both directions and very cheap to use. Alicante in one direction and Urbanova (beautiful beach resort) and the airport going the other way. Not really a "bar" just a small break out area to sit with a beer. The beer garden forms part of the car park. Ideal stop off if you don't need anything, including a shop. It's very remote. But close to main arterial routes."

"We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! All the staff are friendly helpful and very courteous. Everything is so close by like the port, restaurants, cafes and the beach is at the doorstep. I will be coming back and recommending to all friends and family. "
