Can not access the adjacent/main back yard. If trespassing, you will forfeit deposit. This dwelling is 40ft away from main house with its own roofline
Refundable $150.00 deposit if no damage or extra cleaning is needed. $50.00 cleaning fee per stay.
All unusual activity is subject to immediate expulsion.
