This three-bedroom luxury apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay a stroll from the city's centre. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, with parking space. Family-friendly, It has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and can accommodate up to 6 people.   
The space  
The house is located on the top floor with a beautiful south-facing terrace with natural light all day. A clear view of a large square with trees and a quiet pedestrian area. It is a luxury apartment with a bathtub with a jacuzzi, shower with hot tub, home automation opening lock and lights (with control), electric blinds, and 55 "Smart TV.  
The apartment is newly renovated, including new plumbing, heating and electricity facilities. Furniture and finishes with high-quality materials and exquisite contemporary decor made by a professional decorator.  
The living room is completely furnished and includes a comfortable living area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.  
The kitchen includes high-end appliances, essential kitchen utensils, cutlery to meet any culinary needs, and a dining table.  
The three rooms are elegantly decorated and include a double bed each, equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.  
Bathrooms have everything you need to cool off, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
A crib can be installed if requested.   
The apartment is a 10-minute from the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd (downtown area) and 15 minutes from Playa de la Concha. In addition, the property has a gated parking space on the same street.

#### Great Find!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The three bedroom/two baths were great for the 5 of us. The place is in a residential community and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Along the way are plenty of stores and restaurants. There is no central air - but the fans kept the place cool/circulating the air. Make sure to ask for them. The property manager, Felix, was very responsive. I highly recommend this place - a great find in San Sebastián!
