Driving into San Sebastián we found it very difficult finding the Feel Free office. Once arrived received lukewarm welcome after driving from Portugal. Once entering no details about anything was found on how to use kitchen appliances and laundry. No follow up by Feel Free the entire four day stay, felt like we were on our own.
