Perfect if for more familymembers stays together

Lovely nature in the mountains. There is a sharing refridgerator and microwave in a sharing kitchen, where you can also sit and eat. You make your own breakfast, but the hotel provide the bread, coffee, butter, jam, milk. Wi-fi is missing and on first floor where our room was, you cannot look out of the windows, as they are in the roof.

Es un lugar con encanto. Ana la señora que nos atendio, una persona super acogedora, una gran guía turística y siempre con un buen consejo de donde ir y por donde coger. Que te salga más económico. Muy agradecidos. De seguro volveremos

This property is literally in middle of know where. It really shoild be labeled a Hostel not a hotel. The rooms were clean, AC was minimal, people were nice. Supposedly we should have received an emal with details that I never received. The nearest cafe/restaurant is 25 mins and we were afraid we would get lst in the dark ad not fnd ur way back.

Hébergement qui mériterait des améliorations

étape lors d'un séjour car aucun hôtel répertorié sur Hernani directement... L'hébergement est relativement éloigné du centre ville (en hauteur,il faut trouver l'ascenseur pour accéder au centre ville rapidement...toutes les indications sont en basque...) Pas d'entretien autour de la maison, parking en mauvais état, accès à trouver pour l'accueil... La personne qui gère paraît un peu débordée...L'hébergement est sobre, le petit déjeuner sans aucun produit frais...la climatisation est accessible si vous faites 2 mètres...Prix élevé pour le service proposé.. Pas de dîner proposé, il faut redescendre à Hernani et là : aucun restaurant... que des bars.... Dommage car c'est le seul hébergement local... Il suffirait de peu pour le mettre en valeur...

Hotel estupendo

Es un hotel muy bonito, a 15 minutos de San Sebastian. Situado en la montaña pero la propietaria te explica perfectamente como llegar. En el hotel todo muy bien, las habitaciones, la comidad y sobretodo la tranquilidad del lugar.

Casa rural a 10 min. en coche de San Sebastian

Es la segunda vez que voy a esta casa rural y sin duda seguiría repitiendo, sus dueños encantadores, sobre todo Ana que es muy servicial y amable... Relación calidad precio inmejorable!
