Located on the first floor of a recently built building, the building has all the comforts of a modern building, with a large elevator and optional parking in the same building. Located just 400 meters from La Concha beach, the apartment stands out for its two terraces: The northeast terrace, with direct access from the living room, has a small table for coffee or breakfast. We stayed here for 10 days in October and it was the perfect apartment for us . We had our 8 month old as well and the apartment had a high chair and cot . It also had a lift and there are two lifts nearby to get to the Main Street . Loved the interior , very cosy and the balcony where you could sit outside for sun but the awning was perfect when it was too hot . Loved that the beach and prom was a 10 min walk and that there was a supermarket very close by.
