Excellent location in the heart of Gros, the Soho of Donostia, and its just a stroll away from the main places of interest : 10 minutes to Avenida de la Libertad in a straight line , 10 minutes to Zurriola beach, 20 minutes to the Old part and La Concha Beach. Inside the apartments, all rooms are very spacious, bed is a a kingsize, and there are fans in all rooms. There is also a spacious terrace facing and inner courtyard, covered with a huge canopy to give privacy. .
