Large and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom en suite with terrace and dressing room. Large living area in the basement with treadmill and exercise, double room and bathroom, modern design and finishes of high quality. All high-end appliances. The house is very bright and comfortable, surrounded by terraces equipped with furniture to enjoy family meals or with friends, swimming pool and private garden with barbecue. Ideal for families or adults who want to share a stay with the comfort of a home and spaces for enjoyment and fun. The whole house is for the enjoyment of the guests. Residential area in the neighborhood of Aiete, away from the center but very well connected with constant buses. The beach of Ondarreta and La Concha are five minutes away by car

It is a three floor house with a large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet in the goundfloor. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the top floor. The main bedroom as a suite with terrace and dressing room. A very spacious living room on the base with a treadmill were you can practice san sport. In addition, there is also a bathroom in the basement floor. It is a modern and high quality house and it is equipped with high level electrical appliances. It is a very bright and comfortable house, surrounded by a large terrace, the terrace is completely furnished, giving you the opportunity to enjoy nice family or friends events, you will find a swimming pool and barbacue that will make your stay excellent. This is the best choice for family or group of friends that are looking for the comfort of a home. The whole house will be your during your stay. Residential area in Aiete neighborhood, not in the city center, but very well connected by pulic transport. It will take you only 20 minutes walking to the city center and touristic places, You will find Ondarreta and La Concha beaches 65 minutes away by car.

The house was perfect - incredibly well-equipped and maintained. Though we didn't use the pool (not heated), it was lovely to look at every morning as we enjoyed our coffee. Espi is very responsive and we communicated easily over WhatsApp.

Beautiful house just outside the city center of San Sebastian

The house is beautiful and it was very clean, with many convenient facilities such as a complete kitchen, automatic sunscreens and multiple fans in every bedroom. It is semi-detached, which provides for the spacious garden with the nice swimming pool. A recommendable location for a family holiday with children.

Beautiful house in a brilliant town

The house is gorgeous. Very well equipped and everything you need plus lovely extras for cooking , dining or enjoying the garden. The house pictures don’t really show the calm , stylish way the house is decorated and laid out. Very well done so that you have space and areas in many places to suit the mood. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends.

Nice Town House, good access to town center

Well equipped house with lots of off street parking nearby. The house feels very homely and is light and bright and the kitchen equipment available for use is very comprehensive. Nice pool and garden which is all well maintained. Esperanza is a very charming and helpful owner. Local amenities (shop, cafes) a 5 minute walk away and about a 25 minute downhill walk to the beach with a convenient No 19 bus back to within a few metres of the property. The property would be perfect but unfortunately at the moment there is a building site next door with a noisy crane.

Schöne Zeit mit Freunden

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Esperanza sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus war sehr dauber und gepflegt; Esperanza war sehr fürsorglich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden (außer vielleicht den Wetter-Bedingungen..;-). Man kann in einem kurzen Spaziergang die Innenstadt und die Strände erreichen. Eine Anmerkung: wenn auch deutschsprachige Gäste das Haus buchen, wären entsprechende TV-Sender schön. Leider nur spanische Sender vorhanden.

Très agréable villa lumineuse avec un joli extérieur (jardin, piscine et coin pour manger)

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille (parents avec 3 enfants 17, 17 et 20 ans). La villa est très agréable, bien équipée et lumineuse. L'extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec le coin repas entouré de jolies fleurs, la piscine et le jardin. A ne pas oublier - "the last but not the least"- Esperanza est une hôte des plus charmantes, très souriante et à l'écoute. Joignable très facilement.

Awesome house in great city

The photos of the house and garden are a good representation of how it actually is (if anything; the house is even better than in the photos). Esperanza the host is super friendly and proactive in her communications. Easy to get in touch with for questions and guidance for getting around San Sebastian. All in all we had a great and very comfortable stay in a wonderful house, lovely host and cool pool.

A great home away from home

This beautiful town house felt like our own home: it is extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen e.g. has all the machines and devices you can imagine. Esperanza is an experienced and warm host who was very responsive. The location is quiet, with good facilities in the neighbourhood, but to circulate in the city it is best to have a car like we did.

We were a family of eight. My wife, our 3 children and their kids, and myself. For the last 22 years we have been taking an annual family trip. This year, almost by coincidence, we landed in this house.Best house ever, best location ever, best furniture ever, and specially and about all, Esperanza, the owner. Huge house, amazing patio for an every morning family breakfast, great pool, ten minutes from the spectacular La Concha famous beach. Esperanza is a well college educated person with a couple of other properties in San Sebastian that in summertime rents her own house giving us this unique opportunity .She is available by phone all day, any time giving us names and addresses for restaurants and many other "secrets" about the city and yourself! Don't miss this unique opportunity. The Castillo Family from Miami.
