It is also a few meters from the beach of La Zurriola, the Kursaal congress palace and only 5 minutes walk from the center and the famous old Part of Town of Donostia.

Both the living room and the bedroom presume of a beautiful view over Plaza Catalunya and the church of San Ignacio.
