Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Absolutely horrible experience. Communication and instructions were extremely poor from the beginning. The pin/location provided did not take us to the correct place, and after being lost for almost three hours, we finally managed to arrive. Once there, the guard was unable to explain how to get to the unit, and when we finally found it, there was a lockbox with no instructions ever provided for access. The entire process was stressful, disorganized, and unnecessarily complicated. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and definitely not what we expected.

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay with amazing views, this is it. Restaurants and beach within walking distance. Very easy to Uber to El Tunco. Safe gated entrance.
