OCEAN FRONT FARALLON BEACH HOUSE!!!

Welcome to El Salvador and to Happy Farallon Beach house! Our property is family friendly with grass covered tended gardens, coconut trees, hammock terrace, nice sized swimming pool, barbecue area, open spaces, fully equipped Kitchen and plenty of parking for family and friends. The Estate has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There are 4 TV´s and various games available. The property has panoramic view to the ocean and private access to the beach. It also has private security, a guard-house and a domestic service area and room.
Our beach house boasts of awesome sunsets and it is new in the rental market, minimum stay 2 nights, take advantage now!

ESTATE DESCRIPTION:
POOL & GARDENS: amazing pool with view, barbecue area, outdoor showers, bathroom.
MAIN HOUSE: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, equipped Kitchen, Breakfast bar, main living room and spacious terrace with different views to the Ocean.
Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed, 1 bunkbed, A/C, ceiling fans, shared bathroom/shower with bedroom #2.
Bedroom #2: 1 bunkbed (Queen size and Full size bed), A/C, ceiling fan, shared bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #3: 1 King bed, 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking closet, shared large bathroom/shower with bedroom #4.
Bedroom #4: 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), view to the Ocean and pool, A/C, shared large bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #5 (Tower): 1 King bed, 1 bunkbed (Queen & Full bed), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking-closet, own bathroom/shower. It boasts with an amazing view to the Ocean from the bedroom and its private terrace on the second floor.
BEACH: The house has private beach access through stone steps and a gate which stays closed for security. The property counts with its own private security and maintenance as well as a room for domestic helper.

Great place to relax and spend time with family

We came during the rainy season (June) so the beach was inaccessible, but the pool was wonderful and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend and plan on staying in the future

Amazing experience

It was paradise, from the views to the cook, to the staff who made this vacation stress free. You can see whales , hear the ocean waves, and a really good restaurant next door. Theres stairs that lead to a bat cave by the beach. We got massages on the top on the beach house it was beautiful. Couldn't be more greatful. Thanks to David and Eva they made this trip the best ever!!Only regret , we wish we would have stayed longer.

Absolutely Amazing

Rina is a sweetheart. The home was better than the description on Vrbo. It was jaw dropping beautiful. The staff Dona Tita,David and Eva treated us just like family. Paola the masseuse gave us great massages. The location is great. My family agreed this was one of the best vacation we have ever enjoyed. Everything about this place is amazing. The space is gorgeous, clean, exceptionally maintained, and customer service is excellent. We stayed here with family of children, teens and adults. It was a great place to explore on foot, through a short drive, or a central point for other excursions or day trips. We wish we would have planned for more time at the house. You will not be disappointed.

Ideal Getaway

Coming from a stressful environment and staying at this place, relieved all the tension almost immediately. From the spacious rooms to the gorgeous views, everything was amazing. The groundskeepers Eva and David were both very welcoming and so helpful, it was refreshing to find that anything we needed was readily available. Remarcable attention to detail, they were very attentive, their service was great. The host was very helpful and understanding. She accomodates to your needs. Would 10/10 recommend.

Farallon Beach House was perfect!

Hands down the best house I've ever rented for a family vacation. Property was beautiful, clean and my favorite add on was security 24/7 (Alvaro) with an awesome cook (Mercedes) I highly recommend hiring Mercedes to cook meals. The house also has a restaurant next door and a bar! house is in a great location and 10 minute walk from El Tunco. My family and I can't wait to return to this beautiful house. Rina was also so quick to answer all my questions via WhatsApp. House exceeded my expectations.

Words do not do this place justice. Our entire stay was such a great experience. The views, the location, the staff on scene were incredible. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that’s well taken care off. As a bonus, it’s one of the few places that allow small events to be taken at the residence. I’m glad I was able to such a gem. Lots of beds if you have a large group. El tunco is less than 10 mins away if you decide to check out a place with tons of restaurants and bars.

Beautiful Beach Home

We found this property and those who worked there to be incredible. It was clean and well kept with comfortable beds. We used their cooking and laundry services. Both were well worth the money charged. Delicious food. We had a large group of people (16) and the accommodations were more than adequate. Everyone enjoyed the pool and we were also able to visit the beach when the tide was out by using stairs on the property. Beautiful black sand beach with stunning rock walls and even a cave. Awesome sunsets. We will definitely consider returning to this property on our next trip to El Salvador.

Amazing stay at Casa Farallon

We rented the house to have a family reunion and from beginning to end was fantastic. Rina the proprietor was extremely helpful and easily accessible via WhatsApp and always answered my messages quickly. Alvaro and Mercedes took great care of us and the property as it was clean and beautiful. The house itself is amazing. Where is situated? You can see the sunset and the sunrise. El Tuco is a five minute walk on the beach when the tide is low and the poor of the property is wonderful to relax in especially with kids when the tide is high. There are plenty of hammocks for relaxing. The whole space in general is designed to unwind and enjoy. We are already planning on coming back next year.

The best bang for your buck

This home is better than the photos. It has everything you could want. A pool. A long table for family dining. beach access. hammocks. coconuts on demand. a lottttt of beds you can fit so many people. My only complaint is that the two largest rooms (with the most beds) share a bathroom. but overall the best service, the best care. groundskeeper will grocery shop for you (for a small fee) and grab you food. you have someone who cleans on site and you can get a cook. we had breakfast taken care of every morning. it was the best. I don't want to stay anywhere else.

Under sold, over delivered

The location, the staff, the house and the amenities were impeccable. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The host was very responsive, prompt in response and easy going. The staff was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to maximize our time enjoying ourselves. We were stocked up with fresh coconut juce the entire stay. I must say, the pictures do not do the house justice. It was a pleasant surprise to arrive to the miraculous view and vast space that the house is. Also, there is a staircase in the back that lead to cave system. Unbelieve experience. Worth every dollar! We will be back.

Stunning Property

We had a wedding at this property and it was amazing!!! The house is gorgeous, the view is stunning. We all loved this place. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook (when i say everything is everything) you don't need to bring anything (just the food lol) This house definitely deserves 10 stars. The only thing I noticed is that the bed clothes were not clean and they had a weird smell and stains. The shower curtain on one of the bathrooms had a horrible smell like if it had never been washed. But still, this property is amazing and deserves 10 stars. Those are details they can easily improve.

My family and friends stayed at this beautifull house . I even celebrated my birthday while h was Georgious . The stay in this house was fenomenal with the help of Don David which takes care of the property and is an amazing person . His wife another sweetheart help in any way she could her name is eva , The cook was amazing what ever you told her to make she made . Lina was so nice and open to when ever you wanted to eat . They were just on time . In everything . And I will never forget Riña was amazing person . Guide me the whole time. What an amazing person . I would not hesitate a minute to rent this beautifull house . We are already planing to come again . I loved them all .

This house was perfect!

We rented this house for a family vacation (15 people) and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of space and we had a great experience. We were greeted by Alvaro and Mercedes (the staff on site) with a welcome basket. First, Alvaro and Merecedes do a great job taking care of the property. They go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. We paid Mercedes to cook some of our meals and the food was delicious! The food was also prepared at the time given. Alvaro (for a small fee) picked up groceries for our group which made it extremely convenient. Rina was also quick to answer questions via WhatsApp and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Pictures do not do this place justice. We were walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The house is amazing and has every amenity you can possibly imagine including beautiful sunsets, plenty of hammocks for relaxing, a swimming pool, the black sand beach with stunning rock walls and caves to name a few. We will absolutely recommend this place to our family and friends. It was hard leaving the house. El Tunco/Surf City was a ten-minute walk. We also visited Coatepeque Lake which I highly recommend. My teenagers loved the jet skis and lake. Honestly, I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and this was hands down the best! Thank you Rina, Alvaro and Mercedes. Our family will be returning.
