Staff was stellar, so accommodating and hospitable. The bathroom had plumbing issues but the country is still working on its infrastructure- work in progress. Overall, good, safe, and fun stay!

The staff went above and beyond with all of our request. The bedroom and whole hotel was impeccable. Edwin the manager was super attentive even late at night. The beach is private but close to El Tunco and other strip malls

I loved the room. It was very , confortable, nice decorations and very big and nice bathroom. The AC , the bed and furniture in the room was very comfortable. The room had a nice sea front/view balcony . The beach is nice but too many rocks. This is how the ocean on this side of the country is. The food was very good great staff specially Noah, nice and friendly guy. The food was good a bit pricey , specially for dinner and breakfast is not included.

One there’s no hot water, two the staff where very nice well the man the women didn’t speak and they were the first faces you see when you entered the hotel… rooms are okay size… food and drinks are good and parties happen almost everyday… but overall if it wasn’t for the guys I would score them very low…

Great staff, always helpful. It’s not a place to stay in a family trip as there’s loud music until around 2 AM, but great if you go partying with friends. A mini fridge in the room would be appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

The resort itself is very nice and clean with a beautiful view. The staff was pretty friendly as well. However, note two important things- for one, the beach is very rocky and not easy to walk along. And two, the hotel plays music loudly for the evening hours until midnight or 2am depending on what day of the week. This music is very loud and can be heard from the rooms so sleeping under these conditions is very difficult. Keep this in mind when booking a relaxing getaway.

Loved the bungalow! Perfect for our one night stay. Downfalls were no hot water, the pool wasn’t clean, & the rocks between the place & the ocean. We are young, but I’m sure an older couple would struggle to get from the place to the beach. We loved the vibes of this place. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Air conditioning worked great.

Pros about the hotel: clean, private, exactly what the pictures show, right on the beach, the staff was kind and attentive, and a cool design/aesthetic. Cons: no hot water (but not freezing) in the shower, the bar wasn’t functional - no one was working there and it seemed like it was just posted for marketing purposes

Everything was clean (ALL staff come together Monday am to clean outside areas to prepare to receive the week), staff amazingly friendly and helpful, AC working but with windy nights and 24hr pools (2) you won't need it, Bar & restaurant accessible 24hrs- Chef came to the table to explain the steak dish & introduce himself. Drinks were delicious- get the "Coco Loco" (garnish with hydrated coconut), you'll love it, every single plate was amazing- wait is about 20min because everything is prepared fresh! Reception accommodated an extra night (at very low price). There was Ladie's open bar on Friday- You get to meet people who come from other areas ($15 until 2am- great drink & beer options), an open bar & pool party over the weekend, and a Guatemalan Rum promotion for free! This is Paradise! Servers: Vanessa (breakfast) & Fredman (Dinner) were great, but all staff are truly amazing!

This hotel was amazing, clean and had wonderful staff. I would hands down stay here again and again. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Even after spending 10 days here the view was like seeing it for the first time every morning. Sleeping at night with my balcony open hearing the whispers of the ocean priceless. I had the experience of partying at the beach club, seeing a fireworks show on the beach and lastly a beach bomb fire all hosted by the hotel...chefs 💋

I found this place by emergency, we booked another place and it was bad so in that moment search for another place and found this one. I’m so glad I found it. My family and I had an amazing time. Every one was so king and welcoming the place is beautiful, the beach was amazing. My kids enjoyed the beach a lot. The staff was amazing. Surf city is close by. I definitely want to come back.

Pool problems . They must be using bleach. My blue cotton suit and t-shirt turned purple. My eyes burned after leaving the pool. On the beach but difficult to access due to millions of big rocks. Our room was the rustic room. On the surface it was clean-- floorboards and windows not. Noisy all the way around. Construction noise during the day. Loud music (restaurant next door) and semi trucks in the highway at night. No breakfast. Limited food options except expensive and not very good restaurant next door. Found a good Salvadorian cafe by chance on the highway quite close the last few days, for breakfast and dinner. Grocery store on the highway-- bus .25¢ to swimming beaches. Make sure you ask. Convenient if you have a car. The lady employee was super kind and helpful.
