Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Sometimes a 4 star rating is better than a 5 star. The water was shut off for the whole building. Not good but Roberto did a great job finding us a place to find another place for a day. The space was fantastic. If the water was on the whole time I would give it 5 star plus.
