Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent.
This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character.
We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.

"Location was good but no parking. They shoudl offer valet because when you have a family or elderly, i would not recommend since it takes 10 mintues to walk and in the summer its a long walk. Besides that , the bellmen was not helpful , just standing body when we were leaving . He said he is busy ..."
