Whilst the staff at check were friendly and accommodating the signage for the apartments in inadequate . Note for information you check in at the Aria hotel next door.
Parking is available on the street, however this can be full if you arrive during office hours.
Although outside of the city centre access via the #28 bus is excellent and cheap (€1.95)
The room was clean and a good shower however smaller than anticipated
Fridge,stove top are available if needed and a laundry room downstairs is available
We appreciated the hotel offering use of their bike garage
Overall a good stay but just overpriced

This is not a 2 star hotel. Do not let this fool you. This property is amazing!! The front desk was very nice and the rooms were clean. It’s a 10 min walk to the city center but it’s along the river and quite peaceful. I looked into why it only has two stars and it’s because Spain requires every hotel to have a star rating based on certain amenities. This hotel can not go over two stars because it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. That’s the only reason. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay in a great hotel with great staff.

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom shower had good water pressure. It was conveniently located within old town and near the Concha beach. Lots of shops and pintxos nearby and a good gelato place just steps away.
