With San Remo’s beaches, cafés, restaurants and renowned local seafood all nearby, you’ll be perfectly placed to make the most of your stay. Watch the daily pelican feeding on the foreshore or cross the bridge to Phillip Island, where favourites such as the Penguin Parade, Cape Woolamai and The Nobbies are within easy reach.

Offering four bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and two separate living spaces, the townhouse has been thoughtfully arranged to suit larger families and groups, with plenty of space to come together as well as areas to enjoy some quiet time.

Downstairs, a separate lounge with comfortable seating and a TV creates an additional place to relax. Two of the four bedrooms are located on this level, along with a master bathroom, making the downstairs area both practical and comfortable.

The private backyard is a lovely spot to make the most of the outdoors, with seating and a BBQ ready for relaxed meals. Enjoy your morning coffee outside, unwind with an afternoon drink or fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner at home.

Make your way upstairs, and you’ll find the home’s main open-plan living and dining space. The well appointed kitchen has all the essentials needed during your stay, whether you’re preparing a quick meal before heading out or enjoying dinner together at home.

The remaining two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located upstairs, providing plenty of space and convenience for everyone staying at the property.

Everything you need for an easy stay is provided, including split-system heating and cooling, a laundry with washer and dryer, complimentary linen and towels, and a double garage offering secure off-street parking.

From summer holidays and family getaways to relaxed weekends with friends, Longfin Retreat – Villa 5 is a comfortable base for discovering San Remo, Phillip Island and the surrounding coastline.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed.
