The best time to go to San Ramon, Nicaragua, is during the dry season, which runs from December to April.During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny weather and comfortable temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the region's natural beauty. The roads, particularly those leading to more remote coffee farms or natural reserves, are also in much better condition, ensuring easier travel. This period is superb for travellers who want to maximise their outdoor activities and enjoy clear skies. While the wet season (May to November) brings lush greenery and fewer tourists, it also means daily rainfall, which can sometimes be heavy. This can make some unpaved roads challenging to navigate and may disrupt outdoor plans. However, if you don't mind occasional showers and prefer a quieter experience, the shoulder months of May and November can still be enjoyable, offering a blend of sunshine and fewer crowds.
