Private 3700 square foot family home, close to wine country, hiking trails and San Francisco! Property sits on 3/4 acre lot.
Recently updated and remodeled home will make you feel on retreat.
Backs to peaceful open space preserve and a creek.
3 bedrooms upstairs & bonus sitting room:
Master suite #1: King bed w/ new Tempur-pedic cooling mattress & tempur-pedic pillows. Ensuite bathroom featuring double shower, double sinks, huge soaking tub
Master Suite #2: Queen bed + Restoration Hardware queen sleeper sofa. Ensuite bathroom with enclosed glass shower & kids sized tub
Bedroom #3: Full bed with ensuite bathroom featuring shower over tub
Bedroom #4 downstairs: Queen bed, 1 bathroom just outside it with stall shower, sink & toilet
Queen size Aerobed available and many of the sofas comfortably sleep 1-2.
Gourmet chef's kitchen (all Thermador Appliances, 2 ovens), All-Clad Copper Core pots and pans, Heath Ceramics dishes, Waterford Crystal, Wedgwood China, Shun Hikari knife set. Huge island with second sink. Bar area seats 4.
TV room has many streaming services: Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO/Max, Peacock, AppleTV, Paramount+. Sonos speakers throughout the house.
Huge dining room table seats 10. Patio table directly outside seats 7. 2 smaller tables outside each seat 2.
All windows have views of trees and nature.
More formal sitting room has seating for 6, a huge array of family games and a tabletop air hockey game.
Level 2 Electric car charger in garage. Solar power, brand new heat pump and air conditioning system.
Trampoline, tree house, hammock, chaise lounges & reclining chairs outside! Patio and Deck. Backyard backs to private open space preserve. Deer, turkeys, birds, lizards and other wildlife are on full display. There is also a creek running lower down that fills with water in the winter.
Outside games: darts, corn hole.
We have lots of yoga mats & equipment to share, as well as tennis rackets, boogie boards, golf clubs (women) that you are welcome to use.
Decorated with treasures from world travel, including many necklaces from Kenya, Tapestries from Burma, Buddhas from all over and much more.
