Beautiful Beachfront Property

Beautiful Beachfront property just an hour away from Managua. Spectacular view of the ocean with a large swimming pool. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and living room, sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

Great to enjoy with family and friends. Child friendly.

Has air conditioning for night time, hot water for the showers and WIFI Internet.

Morning cleaning is included and security. (Very safe neighborhood).

There is a charge for electricity of $0.40 per kw. The caretaker will take a picture of the electric meter upon arrival and departure. The amount must be paid in cash upon departure.

Totally Relaxing
We had a very wonderful stay. Loved being outside but shaded during the day. Hammocks were delightful. Groundskeeper kept property very neat and clean, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Fantastic beach. If had any recommendation, it would be for homeowners to have a welcome sheet for their guests that provided basics, such as where to go out to eat, to find an ATM, and gas as well as any particulars that would be useful to know about the property. All in all, a wonderful stay. We look forward to coming back to Nicaragua next year.
