"For me, it is a 5-star hotel. The rooms are super clean, pleasant, and in great condition. The housekeeping service is EXCELLENT—delivered with great respect and courtesy. The pool is beautiful, clean, and fabulous. The complimentary breakfast buffet is impressive and exquisite. I am so grateful and satisfied that I have already booked for Christmas; God willing, I will return to Hotel Mozonte for the holidays. God bless you all."

Good facilities, comfortable rooms and beds, and great social areas for everyone to enjoy. The host was easy to communicate with and the on-property supervisor was super attentive and communicative.
