The staff was wonderful

The service at Gaia Hotel was outstanding. Catalina and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we felt special and well taken care of. They were attentive to every detail, helping us with booking tours, arranging transport, providing towels and coffee, and even organizing cooking classes. The views from both the pool and the restaurant were simply breathtaking. The property is tucked away in the jungle yet perched on a mountaintop overlooking the ocean, an incredibly unique and unforgettable setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind Costa Rican experience!

It was just incredible - everything about it

So fun seeing the wildlife at this resort. The staff was excellent.

I stayed at namu garden in June 2025 and had a lovely experience. My bungalow and the property were immaculately clean and well cared for. The private plunge pool was cleaned daily by the staff, removing particles from all the tropical plants and insects that might have gathered during the night. The property is conveniently located near two grocery stores and a fruit stand so you can easily grab snacks and refreshments for your room. You're a 5 minute walk away from the closest beach as well as the touristy beach shops. The staff at the hotel, we're super friendly and helpful. I was slightly disappointed as I thought the pictures indicated that the bungalows had a bathtub however, my room only had a shower. I really liked the daily WhatsApp messages from the hotel staff and chef with the daily specials. I traveled solo and felt perfectly safe the entire time.
