It was well kept and just enough space for me for my long weekend. Also the bed and pillows are very comfortable! I was lucky to get the chance to meet the owners during my stay. Both them and the caretaker were very nice. My only suggestions would be to change the blinds as it is very difficult to go in and out the door with the blinds closed and I did not want to leave them wide open when I was away. Our unit was exceptionally clean and maintained. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our time there. The AC was wonderfully cool and the sizeable shower was refreshing. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings. Javier was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. There was some confusion about which unit we were in at the beginning of our stay, but Javier took care of everything and got us settled as soon as he could. Not much room to move around once you open your luggage which we had to do in the living area. The neighborhood did not feel safe to me and is quite poor with bad housing all around. The property itself is enclosed in a gate. Initially we had to park our golf cart outside of the gate and had our gas stolen out of our golf cart one night. Afterwards, we told the property owner that we needed to park inside. The property itself was suitable.
