Beach, Pool, 18+ An Adults Only Property Peaceful, secluded with magnificent views of the warm, clear turquoise waters extending out to the Belize Barrier Reef, you’ll discover the true joy of laid-back island life in one of these comfortable beachfront suites. Coral Bay Villas is all about the barefoot Caribbean lifestyle, surrounded by tall coconut trees, gently waving in the breeze over the private beach area, pool and Jacuzzi, this spot is ideal for couples looking for a tranquil paradise escape. We are an adults only property. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, south of San Pedro Town, it’s probably one of the most perfectly positioned properties on the island. Just a short stroll or cycle away, you’ll find a supermarket, excellent restaurants, and some great authentically Belizean street food options too. If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way. Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels and complimentary WiFi. Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $15.00USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels. As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. Book a fishing trip, go on a sunset cruise, snorkel with sharks and rays or just spend a day sailing from island to island with a sumptuous beach BBQ set up just for you. The condo is beautiful, clean and ample. Unfortunately, the construction going on next door was a bit too much for us and asked to be moved. Simon, with the property management was the kindest more understanding person ever. He communicated and understood our concerns and did not hesitate finding a different location for us to go. Only negative with the Dolphin suite was a low water pressure problem which may be a town supply issue not a property issue. Sargassum (sea grass) on the beach can also be an issue at certain times but this is the case everywhere throughout the Southern Caribbean. Cleanup is ongoing at most resorts including Hidden Treasure. The staff was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use on non-snorkel days. There was loud construction next door every day 7am to 5pm.....and 1 night until 10pm. Simon the manager did his best to mitigate the situation. That we were gone snorkeling most everyday made the villa location bearable. Without the noise we would have given the villa itself, Simon, Freddie, the onsite lady manager all 5 stars. ##### John H. Incredible property! Communication with owner was great. We flew standby and ended up not leaving the day we intended. After talking with them ahead of time, we planned for this, and they held the day and didn't charge us till we knew we would need it. The room was amazing, clean, and so nice. A saint left some after sun lotion in the bathroom, it was a life saver after snorkeling. The pool and hot tub looking out over the ocean was magical. Great location to many things you can walk to, especially The Baker, Black and White, and The Island Jungle bar. All were visited multiple times by us. Great location close to everything including our favorite golf cart rental folks and a wonderful laundry spot. I think they are working on some improvements but all you ever need to do is ask one of the folks at the property and they will do absolutely EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Reviewer Comments: This is a pretty little property set back from the hustle of down town San Pedro. Easy walk along the beach to all the action. Walking distance to a grocery store and fruit stands. The villa itself was well equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. Comfy beds with air conditioning. If sunrises are your thing this is the perfect place. Can’t bear the view! I would recommend a room on the second floor. The first floor open directly to the pool and are not as private. If you are into spa treatments they will arrange an in villa treatment. We really liked the layout and the pool and view were exceptional. Very friendly and attentive staff (Elsa and Freddie) always ready to help. Neighbors and other folks staying in different units some of which are owners - were very helpful and friendly as well with directions and guidance.
