The condo is very clean and well appointed. It looks just like the photos. The check in process is very swift Brittany and Mike met us at the unit to check in. They arranged for a golf cart to be there when we arrived. Stocked us up with beverages, booked tours and were very accessible during our stay. We arrived to a power outage but they had cooled the unit so much in advance of our arrival that we could hardly tell. There were cold drinks in the fridge. Anytime I needed anything they were quick to respond. The condo is close to down town so getting into San Pedro to shop or eat or get to a tour is quick. The property was nice and comfortable for our stay. The staff kept the grounds very tidy and the pool was great. Would definitely come back here again. Kimberly and Chad were very responsive to whatever we needed during our stay. This condo and pool were even better than the pictures! We had an amazing stay here and the owners were super responsive to any communication and very welcoming to us. My husband and I both scuba dive and this place was super convenient to Elite Adventures / 303 where we booked the majority of our dives. The location was 1/4 mile north of San Pedro town, and easily accessible by golf cart. The condo was clean and spacious, and quiet within the walls.
