So the Unit listed was actually higher than what existed in person. With the building having a for sale sign and no one around... we started to think we were scammed. The key code wasn't updated but communication ended up be great and everything got much better! We had a bit of rain during our stay some trips got weather cancelled (no fault of anyone). The extra time allowed us to spend some time on the not so comfortable sofa's. Some of the wicker furniture was old and a bit of dust in the recesses of the furniture. The bed was really good, sheets & kitchen were clean. Great location. Close to the Hula Bar & a small neighborhood mart at the end of the street. Quiet at night. We had the host arrange our taxis and laundry pick-up. Arrange your golf cart early over the holidays (expensive and hard to find other wise)! ##### Eric S. We loved the location, the palapa & the pool. AC was problematic & the small lock-off had duct tape on the window in the bathroom so there were roaches. Cooking utensils, dishes & silverware were fine- frying pans need thrown away. Place was clean but bedding needs updated or replaced. Furniture was very uncomfortable & needs new cushions. The space was perfect for our family of 4\. The condo was clean and check in was super easy. Ana, was extremely responsive and had great suggestions on where we should go to eat. AC worked well. The location is a bit of a ride from the downtown area (2.5 miles), but the remoteness is why we chose the property. The area is quiet, not crowded, and we enjoyed the sunsets on the pier. My husband and our 8 month old baby stayed 2 weeks at this property (we extended our one week into two). We actually got married on the beach! We loved everything about our stay - the property is well maintained and we enjoyed using the hammocks, the pool, and the palapa to hang out in outside. You can go swimming in the ocean off the end of the dock. Plenty of parking for golf carts. The apartment itself covered all our needs. We loved having tons of stuff to cook with in the kitchen and made most of our meals. We had a small issue with the first room we booked (a random issue with the flooring) but Ana was very attentive to our needs and promptly switched us to a different unit. We appreciate the concierge service (Ana) who helped us book taxis and answered a lot of our questions. The property is a few miles south of town which made it feel quieter and more relaxed.
