This listing includes a 1 Bedroom as well as a 2 Bedroom directly next to each other on the top/5th floor. (There is not an interior door.) You will have the comforts of both condos. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye. \*Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, there may be construction noise North of our building as they complete the final construction phase in our complex. You may hear construction noise between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. The owners of this property thought of all the small things to make our stay very enjoyable. It is facing the lagoon side and we enjoyed incredible sunsets every evening. Tourism is just starting to return to San Pedro and we nearly had the entire facility to ourselves. There was a hot tub, a large pool, and pool bar that we were able to enjoy. The units (a connecting one bedroom and two bedroom) were furnished with literally everything we needed to accommodate our party of 6\. In fact, having stayed at many vrbo properties in the past, this was probably the best equipped vrbo that we have stayed in… it even included a cooler bag that we used at the beach! The location, just north of the bridge, was great with walking distance to the grocery store and Grand Caribe and a short golf cart drive from the Truck Stop. Mariah was a great host who was extremely responsive to our questions. Overall a great trip! ##### Jainy S.
