The ad does not seem to mention that Casa Reina is a 3 story walk up. Also, there seems to be no mention that the rooftop pool is private to certain rooms. There are very few plugs to charge phones, watches, earbuds, and some are loose and dangerous. It is very quiet which was great for sleeping. Staff very helpful.
