Kick your feet up and enjoy a tropical cocktail on a balcony chair when you stay in this fantastic lakefront villa. Mara Laguna is just a few kilometers north of San Pedro. Walk the town to enjoy the restaurants and shops. Marks Shopping Center is within walking distance and offers everything you need to stock your refrigerator. Visit Catamaran Belize - Coral Tours Sailing, just one mile south, for snorkeling at Hol Chan. Walk to Castaway Caye to rent jet skis, charter boats for reef fishing and snorkeling, and even parasailing!

Inside, the open living space is bright and spacious, with beautiful floors, comfortable furniture, and lots of natural light. You'll love the expansive sliding glass doors overlooking the lake. Use the full kitchen to make incredible meals for everyone to enjoy over the handsome breakfast bar.

The house was excellent for our week long stay. The property was very clean and set up well. Great location just north of the bridge so you can go either way for dinner and or drinks. Excellent ac and WiFi. Our flight got cancelled and had to spent two extra nights there and the staff was very accommodating arranging that for us. Will definitely stay here again.

The photos don't do this property justice. Perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Great location, close to the bridge which makes going north or south an easy 'commute'. Will definitely book this property again!!

I recently stayed at Villa 12, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa is lakefront, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly relaxing. The landscaping around the community is beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm. The big pool was a great place to unwind, and being right by the lake made it even more special. The villa was spotless, a testament to the excellent property management team. The concierge was also incredibly helpful, attending to every detail. I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend it!

Very nice place.

My family and I loved the place and location. We were just a few minutes from many places to eat. We loved the coffee shop just outside the facility gates. The wifi was surprisingly robust. I had 25 meg download speed and was able to stream smoothly and even take a conference call.

Amazing!!

The view is amazing!! This villa is very spacious, clean and welcoming. Location was right across the street from a smoothie bar (amazing)! Everyone was so nice. My family and I enjoyed this villa. We hosted a game night and everyone had room to move around (12 people). We went on a snorkeling excursion and was picked up in the backyard….talk about location and convenience!! I will definitely stay at this villa again if its available my next trip.

Clean, big, comfortable and great location

The villa is very clean with modern furniture and good quality appliances. Beds are comfortable. The villa fits at least 6 people properly. Note that there are 3 full bathrooms, but one of them is missing a shower head. The location is perfect if you want peace from the downtown San Pedro, but its only 5-10 minutes by cart to downtown. It is also closer to Secret Beach than being in town. Veronique and Abraham the managers are very polite and they respond very quickly at anytime of the day. It was a great stay and relaxing before we went back to Canada.
