Step out the door, and you are on the beach. A very nice pool to take a dip, and they even have some kayaks if you want some time on the water. The room was great. We opened the windows during the day to let the breeze keep the room comfortable, but did use the AC at night to sleep. Some things to know (and this applies to any location on the east side of Ambergris Caye), the beach has a sea wall separating it from the water, because the seaweed accumulates. So you will not wade into the sea, but you can go down the dock and jump in for a swim. We would definitely come back. ##### Jeff P. You can enjoy the sea views from bed or the living room, enjoy the pool right next to the condo and have amazing night walks with long wide beach to enjoy. It's right on the waterfront, which is quiet and great for R&R. However, there no beach, just a concrete boardwalk. If you want to swim, you'll have to drive to a swimmable beach. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were not clean but the manager had them replaced after I made her aware. The towels are a bit old and worn as well. The condo is beautiful, very nice design with the nicest views and sea breeze. There are a couple things to be worked on to make the stay more comfortable: the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on, plus the bed itself had a wood cover panel beneath mattress which was sliding upon moving causing a lot of noise and the danger to collapse the bed. The other concern is the bugs, a lot of water bugs and gnats in the room, even I kept the place clean and took the trash out all the time. A cleaning service should be included, at least once per stay. All the rest was fine, owners were very helpful, and we had a nice vacation. Thank you very much! ##### Kenneth P.
