"Staff helpful, extra friendly but installation facilities are not from a 5-star hotel, maybe a 2–3-star hotel. Telephone broke in room, hot water takes 5-10 minutes, the bed was so hard and low, very uncomfortable. I don't recommend staying here but to try the coffee, it was good."
