My experience at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville was excellent. I received outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful, very well maintained, and made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The food was very good, with great variety and quality. Overall, it was an excellent vacation, and I would definitely return.

The check-in was a nightmare - we arrived at 2pm and didn’t get to leave the lobby until 6pm - they said room wasn’t available but wouldn’t allow access to the property either.
