Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged. Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles Nest and in the hotel . Everyone is caring good listener, helpful. They all smile at you The hotel could have been nice . Very central and walkable to shops and restaurants. No elevator. I was in room 304 and it was quite a climb when you have bags or groceries with you. The TV in the room had this weird streak on the screen that distorts the picture. The towels were dingy and needed replacing. Good thing I brought my own. Bed was comfortable enough. Sufficient hot water in the shower. AC was good enough. The floor was questionable. My socks got dirty just walking around the room. All in all it was ok and you do get what you pay for. Reminds me of a dormitory in college. It has a lot of potential but definitely needs some sprucing up. I was just there to sleep in and was out during the day so I didn't mind it too much. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were even very accommodating when we had visitors, which meant a lot to us. The food at the restaurant was excellent—we ended up dining there the entire time because everything was so good and convenient. One of our favorite moments was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the breathtaking lake view. To top it all off, they also arrange sand dune tours with pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel, which made everything so easy. Truly a hidden gem in Ilocos—highly recommended!"
