L'appartement est propre, bien entretenu, bien équipé: il ne manque rien. Juste à côté de la plage, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. La piscine de la résidence est très propre. Il est possible de se rendre dans le centre de Moriani-plage à pied environ 15min de marche ou en voiture (facile de se garer sur le parking de Casino). Bien situé entre mer et montage.
