Die grosse Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick. Grundstück und Aussenanlagen sind leider ungepflegt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz, die Bäder und Schlafräume sind in Ordnung. Der offene Wohnbereich ist ungemütlich. Kabel hängen wahllos aus der Wand, das Sofa ist kaputt und mit nicht passenden Überzügen versehen. Der Esstisch bietet keine Sitzmöglichkeiten wie aus den Objektfotos, dafür ist er mit einer älteren Plastikfolie komplett eingefasst. Die Küche ist marode! Die Schränke teilweise ohne Funier, die Türen hängen schief, die Abschlussleisten fehlen. Der Zwischenraum von Arbeitsplatte und Waschmaschine wurde mit Alufolie gefüllt. Das Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser waren unsauber, die Espressomaschine noch mit schimmeligem Trester im Gerät. Bis auf den Kühlschrank sind alle Elektrogeräte ungepflegt und haben Funktionsschwächen. ##### Yvonne T.
