Discover the island of beauty by staying in this beautiful apartment of 60m², completely renovated, on the first floor of a beautiful villa! Ideally located in San-Nicolao at only 500 m from the beach, this rare property will be the ideal place for a relaxing stay for up to 5 people.  
You will have a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Within a shared garden of about 3,000 m², you can also enjoy a private space with furniture to enjoy a good meal outside!   
Sheets and towels provided, Wifi, we are waiting for you!

This crossing accommodation of 60 m² is composed as follows:  
Day space:   
\- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed, coffee tables, library, Smart TV   
\- A bright and spacious kitchen, fully equipped: dining table for 4 guests Nespresso coffee maker, gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, washing machine.  
  
Night space:   
\- Large master bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) overlooking the garden  
\- Second bright bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) overlooking the garden   
\- Modern bathroom with Italian shower and toilet

\- Private garden space with trees and landscaped with garden furniture, within a fenced plot of about 3,000 m² shared with the tenants of the house, each of the 2 accommodations has a shaded garden furniture..

In a theater of greenery, within a quiet pavilion neighborhood, the housing enjoys an ideal location, only 500 m from the Beach of Moriani and just in front of the large Padullela Park (tennis courts, children's games, sports course). Close to all shops easily accessible on foot.

Moriani Plage is a pretty little Corsican seaside resort which will seduce you as much by its sumptuous landscapes composed of fine sandy beaches and natural spaces as by its local cultural richness. You will be able to leave to the discovery of Morianincu by borrowing the paths of excursion to the scents of the scrubland. To bask in the sun, there is nothing better than the beautiful beaches of Corsica in the immediate vicinity of the house. For the more adventurous, try your hand at water sports: paddle, jetski, scuba diving, pleasure boats...   
We advise you to go to the nearby villages in order to stroll through the artisanal markets, to taste the local dishes.
