Air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 terraces 30m2 and 70m2 sunny exposure all day, equipped with garden furniture, table chairs and deckchairs.
1 master bedroom with 160/200 bed and bathroom with Italian shower.

1 bathroom with Italian shower and double sink + toilet
