We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. "This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay).
