"We really liked our 3-day stay here, in high season. The facility is a few minutes outside Ostuni (a quick drive or 20-min walk), but feels very rustic and quiet. The host and his attentive manager were both personable and helpful. The apartment was perfectly sized for a couple (kitchen minimally equipped--maybe they could replace the stove and improve the kitchenware), the grounds are really ample and pleasant, with lots of different areas for relaxing and enjoyment, even when the complex was...

"Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. "We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & SPA

10/10 Excellent
"Everything about our stay was PERFECT. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful establishment with real history to appreciate, and the location is walkable to everything in Ostuni. Every inch of the hotel was clean, the linens always smelled subtly of fresh lavender, and the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 experience. I’ll be recommending this to friends and family traveling to Puglia."
