Except the location. This place barely qualifies as a hotel. Rooms are tiny, beds are very small and uncomfortable. No elevators, so good luck with 3 flights of stairs if you have a baby or older individual. We paid a price difference for a first floor room which suppose to be a junior suite, but has no fridge, no hand soap no water to drink, not a single chair to sit, beds are very small and very uncomfortable, staff are very unhelpful and don’t speak any English at all. Won’t ho there again!

Chose Grand Fiesta Americana as our main hotel for our wedding. Everything was excellent. Service was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spectacular. The food and drinks also so amazing. Will be staying here for all future Oaxaca trips!

The property was great! Very good location, we could walk everywhere. It was clean and well maintained. The only thing I would say is that the service for the restaurant was SLOW. So if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat it, I wouldn’t suggest it. There was only us two eating there and it took over 30 minutes to get our appetizer. Other than that the hotel was a great stay!
