"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies.
The cons of the hotel:
The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said...

"A pleasant stay in a comfortable and well-equipped B and B 10 mins from the town centre while walking the Via Francigena. You can also get an evening meal cooked for you and there is the usual Italian style breakfast."

"This was the cutest little town. The hotels very clean and well appointed. It sits on a square with a music that is beautiful and quaint. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a corner room with two balconies that looked out over the square and down a side street. Highly recommend."

"The staff was very helpful. We arrived late and my map was not very accurate. We called him and was very responsive and guided us. When we arrived, the room was very clean. The toilet was spotless. Breakfast was on another location not far from the hotel but the coffee and pastries are excellent."

"The only thing that wasn't the best about the place was the wifi speed. Everything else was great. The Lucio bent over backwards to help me out with anything I needed, the place looks really cool and it's all very comfortable, and literally right by the train station."

"The staff downstairs at the cafe were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Walking was really easy to restaurants and train station."

"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. Assistance if needed is by phone. Small shops and restaurants are only blocks away. We...

"The resort itself was clean but the room layout was not family friendly for a family of 4. We stayed in the Royal Suite and not sure if they misrepresented it or I did not catch the fine print but we thought we were getting a two bedroom suite with a common living space. It was not it was a sofa sleeper in a narrow room and the common sitting was in the main bedroom. The view was beautiful. The dinner was not good, the serving sizes were small even by European standard and we never even received one course nor the deserts we ordered. Loved the shuttle service to the beach and the activities they did while at the beach. The pool was crystal clear and the life guard/pool guy was so helpful and friendly to us Americans. Given the language barrier we would definitely stay there again just know you want to go out for dinner and I would recommend paying for the breakfast it was very good."
"Outstanding Ritz Carlton level property with Italian flair.
Great location, nice beach, great breakfast, solid gym, clean modern rooms, a real winner, will definitely be back. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful."
"The hotel was very clean and the staff members were helpful and professional.
The hotel is situated within walking distance from the San Pio shrine.
The breakfast was very good."
"I’d like the fact it’s convenient to where our purpose of checking in. Clean room except no supplies for shower, it’s ok it’s only one night stayed, staff are amazing, breakfast is excellent, best of all free parking and safe. That’s the fourth time we stayed in Hotel Fini.
Thank you for make it happen to our senior company one 90 and my husband turning 84. Keep a great job ."
